Rooted is a motivational tracking tool intended to support personal wellness and habit changes. It is NOT a medical device, clinical recovery program, or diagnostic service. The contents of the App do not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, substance withdrawal, or clinical dependency.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the App.
To use Rooted, you must log in securely via Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of all logs, check-ins, journal entries, and message content you create within the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
We reserve the right to remove any community posts or content that violates community standards or harasses other users.
Rooted may offer premium features, virtual species, or subscriptions. All purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and managed by RevenueCat. Billing, refunds, and subscription cancellations are subject to the terms of the respective App Store from which you downloaded the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the settings screen in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooted and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on any tracking data, relapse events, or communication with partners.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
